Phew..... well, she was up in the night with a bit of a cough.... so slept in... I got up with R, and he threw me back to bed with some painkillers... it must be tthe rain brewing (just started to chuck it down) anyway... she didn't wake until almost 11... and I just curled over and went back to sleep... I've been awake about an hour, lolol I feel better for it, though.

Littlie has been fussing over me... so sweet, lol... however.... the mac, wellies and umbrella have now been strategically placed so that I can see them... I think we are off to do a singing in the rain routine, lolol!!

Oh... must go... wellies, mac are now on... she is on her way out... some lovely photos to be taken, me thinks, lol!!

see you later

Love

Afternoon Daff and all. Hope Little is feeling better....my two littles had very dramatic hacking coughs when they back...think they caught something on the plane coming over. They are fine now, apparently.

It is still rather grey but not too cold. Have been very brave and allowed myself to be pushed and jostled in Kilburn...it's the nearest place I can buy my hair dye...er...shampoo....lol... should really buy a job lot but am always changing the colour so no point. I never buy BOGOFs either, always think I will expire before I use all that loo paper, or whatever...

Am off to do some serious genealogy...am having a running battle with Irish Family History Foundation about their prices....

AnninGlos Report 20 Oct 2009 16:15

Can any of us help with advice Maz. What did they fail you on? Do you mean somebody has re- marked the paper and changed the markings? I don't understand, it must be an examiner that has marked it. What is the essay about? PM me if you like

Mazfromnorf Report 20 Oct 2009 19:51

hi there i have to stuff more imformation in the essays as the work has to be quality over quantity The assessor was very vague with me all the way through and kept getting the wrong idea she gave me some feedback before the summer which i acted on now the internal verifier has looked at it and its to be spruced up but my supervisor at the youth project is going to help with the final bits and give me some good sentences to put together thanks anne

Just popping in quickly.... Littlie has a bit of a gripey tummy... only really coughing at night... so as we have to go and have our flu jabs tomorrow, we'll get the nurse to have a look at her then, if she is no better... no temperature, though, so that is one good thing.

She didn't like sewing... but she did like cutting out... she has used her baby scissors to cut up loads of bits of paper... and has just spent half an hour carefully gluing them to a big sheet of paper.

B is taking her to feed the ducks later....... I am going to snuggle back down in bed for an hour, lolol

Well... off to entertain whilst daddy is in the shower, lol...... I sorted her out earlier (we don't have a bath, and she is lethal with that showerhead, lol) so I am soaked... my turn next....

Have a lovely day, everyone

I wonder if she pulled a muscle coughing Daff

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 21 Oct 2009 16:38

Well that was a quick way to spend £300. My car, 4 New tyres service, oil filter, oil, door cable. One more tyre to come tomorrow then it will be £315. Paid £270 so far, wanted the spare put on the car but it is the wrong size, only suitable for if there is a puncture.

Tummy now sorted, lol.... hot water and honey did the trick... littlie now smiling and cheerful again, lol Cough still there, but not too bothersome.

Ouch Ann... that was painfull.... our last bill was over £700, lol... and only a few months before we had paid over £300... may be time to get another car.

I am in the middle of dinner.... spuds are on, and broccolli sorted... just the carrots and cauliflower to peel and wash.... and Sausages to cook.... sausages, onion gravy, mash and veg,, scrummy!!

See you later.

Hi Daff, glad little is feeling better, does she like jigsaws, my D loved the big pieces , we used to do a lot of them, all adding a piece when passing by...
I am finally getting J to take a risk, we were near to the chippy and I said I could just eat some fish and chips, next thing he stopped the car and bought some, two of the biggest fish I have seen... we had them for lunch but saved one of the fishes...not like him at all . then I found out MU were playing footie early tonight, so he can sit with a plate of sandwiches to watch it....still it was good though and saved me cooking...Enjoy your meal....

Sounds good Jean. OH just did his 'signature' dish for dinner tonight. Daff will know it is a fry up, sausages, egg, bacon, fried bread and beans.

Glad littlie is better Daff, her cough will hopefully soon go.

Why is it that although both of us had flu jabs my arm is stiff and OH's doesn't hurt at all. And every year it is the same!!!

It is a well known fact, Ann, tha twomen are much more sensitive than men:-) lol So,Jean, I hope OH was happy with score tonight....a nice little game, nothing exciting but efficient. .Oh I DO love football! I sent an email to Irish Family History Foundation complaining about their prices (as I use them a lot) and this very nice person went to the trouble of searching for me...for free! I said I belonged to a well known genealogical site:-))

I have to go and have something removed from face *shudders...in the morning...I do hope they wont scar me! *sobs.....on the other hand I can root out my Panstick and do a good cover up....lol.....

Hope everyone is having a peaceful evening.
