Lolol Mau, absolutely!! I have the biopsy on Friday, so will be a bit sore, but that I can cope with, cos I'm a big girl now *huge smile* and getting bigger.....

Maz, we actually have the back door, and the conservatory doors open... but today Polgara (think Felix in her youth, and she still has her moments, lol) has decided that nothing will do but one window on the side...I had to move the table and all sorts to open it for her, the minx... they are very funny though.

BC sounds like you have had a brilliant time... well, apart from the visit to A & E poor F, hope he is feeling ok now. Now... was Steve a handsome young nurse? Did they get lost on the pirate ship?? And I wish I could join you in the white wine department... orange squash, I am taking, and that is as fuzzy-making as it gets for me...

Ann it was muggy all last night, and we had the fan on high, constantly... no rain though, so will have to go and water the toms... S is eating the tumblers as they ripen, lol no-one else is getting a look in... I sneaked one yesterday, and you'd have thought I was depriving her of food totally, lol.... the looks she gave me!

I am off to do sommat interesting... haven't a clue what, but I'll figure it out... I fancy scrapbooking, but the cats and S are all sticking to me like glue, so I could do without their *help*

S painted over a beatiful card I was halfway through, a couple of days ago... she was helping! Grrrr!!! lolol

Afternoon Daff and all and just popping in to keep an eye on you:) Family went off this morning at 5am and am now sitting surrounded by balloons,leftover cake and a few odd socks.. We had a wonderful day for F and thanks for his birthday wishes,his wound healed very nicely. And Steve was a Friend of Dorothy, Daff:) lol so nothing doing there.

Hot and murky here, it has just rained thank goodness.

We had an 'extra' day out today due to myself, oh and friend getting our wires crossed. We went to Chepstow garden centre to meet her and her sister for lunch. Unfortunately when I check the calendar after we got home it is next Tuesday. However, I had asked her to confirm the date as 27th and she didn't get back to me. So I assumed. Never mind we had lunch out and will go again next week. a bit of a drag to drive there but much quicker coming home as we come back via the mtorway.

Down on page 3 we were!!! Not good enough!

YooHoo! *waves to Ann over the hills. I think everyone is having a snooze today! I had the most wonderful 9 hours sleep and woke up to a sunny day . I think I may have to tackle the mound of washing and tidying up today but was delighted to hear the Bulgarian is arriving Friday instead of Thursday...so I have a bit of time between 'guests'!

Hope Daff is feeling ok.

I think we may be hunting for a new washing machine. Just had to switch ours off as it was making a horrible noise. (apparently, I was still in bed with no hearing aids in and didn't hear it OH suddenly leapt out of bed and rushed off downstairs. It is about 15 years old.

Morning Maz, I missed you yesterday:) Have a good trip today. All muggy and greyish today,but got all my washing done and dried yesterday. Hope our Daff is ok today and not overdoing it...*frets..

Ann I too am on the look out for a new washer mine gave up the ghost 2 weeks ago and as we are having a new floor laid I haven't got the new one yet. I had forgotten how hard handwashing clothes is lol, good job I haven't got a load of kids to wash for now.

Did you enjoy Raby castle Maz? weather was good too. My Grandson has left Consett village after his year there at YMT,it was a good experience for him

Morning all.... this is post number 5000!!

Sorry.... *blushes* very very childish of me, I know, but I just had to be *on it*, a bit like when there is fresh snow on the ground, and you have to leave your footprints in it.... lolo

Weather is a real mix today, bit of this, a bit of that. But muggy.

Littlie went home yesterday, so the house feels very quiet and empty... but I also am relieved to have a breather, as I was too tired to do much with her this visit.

I promise I have been taking it easy... the meet is on Saturday so I want to be ok for that *jumps up and down with excitement*

Also, the best bit, is that I woke up this morning feeling slightly better than I have done for a fortnight or so, and actually looking with pleasure at doing a couple of small jobs around the house, which I have had to drag myself to do. Fingers crossed that tomorrow will show them there little blood cells starting to make babies again.... I won't know the result for a week or so, but if this is a relapse, I would be getting worse, not better, so I am very optimistic. I still have to be a pinchcushion tomorrow, though... and it isn't the most comfortable of procedures, and then R and I will be going for a meal with Hayley and her OH Friday evening as well.... so that will be lovely.

Right, I am off to have a little wander around the boards, and then will go and have my shower, prepare for the blitzing of the living room... it looks like a toy room at the moment! lolol
