Lovely sunny day here, am having my hair cut in a moment as it is getting shaggy. Thank goodness he comes here and not me there as it is too hot to go schlepping around unnecessarily.

Morning everyone, looks lovely at the moment here, but my little icon tells me it has been cloudy, lolol

Today is going to be difficult.... I can't drink tea or coffee, or any other caffiene drink. I am doing some tests for cortisol (privately, but GP says he will be interested in the results!) so can't eat certain foods today, either.... and guess who is craving cauliflower, onions, garlic, cabbage and broccoli washed down with a nice hot cuppa? Mmmmmmm!!! Bacon egg chips and beans for dinner today, so that I don't fall into any traps lol.

~~~~~~~~ to the dashing BC xxxxxx Well, two sisters and a brother are traumatised (thanks to Hayley I have to really think about spelling that word, lol) My father has traumatised my mum and I (still no phone call, so he is fine) and one of my other brothers isn't traumatised, exactly.... he and his wife are loving it, but they fostered an 11 year old boy 3 weeks ago, and all is well so far.... but they had not fully realised what an impact it would make on their lives, lol They have already grown to love him, so that is half the battle won. How does your hair look?

I was supposed to have mine done a couple of weeks ago, but cancelled because she made such a hash of it, and lied about cutting my ear. But I now have to start the search for another. I hate doing that!

Morning all wet here again but maybe not all day . I did not want to get up this morning lol

It is dull and cloudy here, first time in ages I haven't woken up to sunlight. My day off so have to go to garden centre and then go and help a friend make sense of her computer.

BC the tests have to be posted off today, and I will have the results in about 2 weeks. Have a lovely day off... the beauty of garden centres is that there is always somewhere for coffee, and always somewhere to browse indoors. I love them, but have to keep clear just now as we just don't have the funds, lol... off to the theatre in Bristol next week, and will be staying over!!

Oh, and my dad? Still no phone call... so on past experience that means he was just hoping to squeeze some extra pocket money, and actually has enough to live on, just not enough to chance with as well... he is a chancer, by the way. Oh well, he'll be home by next weekend, or later today, whichever he had enough money for, lolol!!

Just whizzing in then back out again... having a bacon sandwich, scrummy! Talkathon was good, very productive. Not so emotional, much more, well, thoughtful and beginning to process things... and acknowledge them as valid for me, not just for others, lol

Must go... have to post those samples and then get something for dinner.

Hello Daff and All from a bright but breezy W.Bay It hasn't rained here Maz I was hoping for a little for the garden instead of tap water,and it does freshen things up.
I'm thrilled at the big tub of Lilies this year,we have fifteen beautiful blooms just blossomed.

I had to lie in for a while longer this morning as I literally fell out of bed during the early hours. My OH heard me shout out and found me on the floor, lying on my back, I bruised my arm but not my head thank goodness,although I don't think there's anything in there to harm lol......I can remember dreaming about a huge spider coming down from a ceiling,so i must assume I rolled over out of it's way lol

Hope your tests were okay Daff and everything is well,also hope your dad arrives back safe and sound.

Have a good day at the garden centre BC I love going to them too,soo many things to spend money on! ;O) and have you got your teacher's hat on then?

In two weeks time Grandson comes home from his gap year away at Youth Village,the time has flown!

morning all well we didnt get much rain here got the washing dry in about two hours as it was so windy
Gizmo is out watching Horses the travellers horses have escaped from their compund and all over our close ,so will be out with a shovel later lol .but gizmo thinks they are fun and the foals are big dogs lol though some of their ponies are smaller than dogs .

~~~~~~~~ to everyone afternoon... I have only just got up, lazy so and so that I am!! I am still quite tired so will chill out today.... nothing energetic. I shall practice with my new craft stuff, and that is about it, I think. Very idle, lol

Will pop back in when it is cooler.... I am having flushes, and it is warm in here, cooler in the living room, so that is where I shall sit.

Afternoon all:)) Sorry you are not feeling so good, Daff...take care.

Nice sunny day here after a cloudy start. Had to take doggie to vets (again!) as she has now decided to go deaf. Not the usual 'yes I hear you calling me but I aint responding' kind of deafness which I am used to! lol' Anyway there is not much they can do for her. So I just have to shout and bang doors....

Otherwise, all is well in my little world:)

We have been into town to take stuff to the charity shop, then bought a few bits (well I did), then had lunch and I am feeling virtuous as I had salad (warm chicken and bacon in a honey and mustard sauce, very tasty, but not so virtuous as I also shared a bottle of Shiraz!!!!
Warm and sunny here, still no rain at all except for a few spots early morning, not even enough to wet the path.

Sorry doggy is going deaf BC, our last poodle went deaf too but seemed to cope with it, until she lost all her sight too, couldn't cope with both.

Hello to everyone, Weather here still warm and I think we could do with some rain to liven up the garden.

Hope Daff is feeling better and takes all the rest she needs.

Evening everyone... I am fine, really, just throwing a wobble, lol I have had the tropicals, aches and pains and a bit of a temp... so either I am coming down with something or I am doing female stuff... at my age too! ;¬)) It just isn't fair.

So I am off to take some paracetamol and an early night!
