The Cami Knickers I am talking about were usually made of silk and were short and the knicker part was open all you had was a couple of cloth studs button holed ones as well so the wind blew up your skirt and was it cold no wonder we were all getting colds.they just cover you bottom. |

The other things you spoke of was made with old cloth and were soaked over night materials were hard to get during the war.. |

i use both had terry nappy with the first 3 children and dispoable with the 3 younger one |
