Hi Jude, don't think the weight was actually on her shoulders Lol!!!!

We are going to Burton Bradstock near Bridport, not a million miles from where some of my ancestors came.

Arm is still sore, T just washed my hair for me which helped as it is my arm that hurts more than my shoulder, it is stiff. I have to type in short spurts.

We had curry in Wetherspoons last night, actually we eat there a lot because they are convenient and cheap, curry nights Thursdays, two curry feasts ( a curry plus rice plus naan bread plus popadoms plus an onion bagee and a samosa and a glass of wine each for £13.99.

Hi Jude
Thank you for telling about the Usk Show

Hubby off this weekend and have just booked a B&B for tomorrow night so will drive down early tomorrow from home(near Windsor)

We were looking to go to the Romsey Show(New Forest) but couldn't find any accomodation.

We love Usk and have been just for the day before but it will be better to stay overnight and we can go somewhere else on Sunday too.

Thanks again

Linda :o)

Hey, Daff, I went to the Super Clinic yesterday to have my itch looked at and was told it was Lichen sclerosus. I have to be checked every year now. Apparently it can affect both sexes of all ages in any area of the body but is more common in the female and tends to occur you-know-where. (Oi aint common, Oi object to bein' called common.) I forgot to pick up the prescription on my way home so will have to get it this morning on my way to visit Phil.

Re your birth mark, when I was being shaved just before the birth of my first baby the nurse was in hysterics because I had a freckle down there. I wonder if the pigmentation has something to do with the lichen? Maybe it likes growing on such dark spots. I thought lichen only grew on rocks. I must be an enormous boulder.

Huia.

Jean, glad you are OK. So far my shoulder is just sore where my bra strap rubs, I do have that one strap hanging off my shoulder most of the time but then that irritates Lol!!! Hopefully it wont interfere with the holiday, I have to watch for infection of course but should be able to go to a local GP is anything goes wrong. And it is only about 2 hours from home anyway.

Huia, I was having a giggle at your freckle too!

Evening everyone... ~~~~~~~~~ to everyone

well, what a busy day, lol!! I had a lovely breakfast yesterday... then popped into Curry's and bought a new toaster, as the old one exploded and shorted all the electrics.... it cost less than a fiver from Tesco's last year, so it has done ok, lol but bought a somewhat more expensive one this time around... anyway... Hobbycraft is next door.... so whiled away a bit of time there.... back home, and early bed after dinner.....

Huia... I have to join with everyone, and had a giggle... but that is exactly what I had the biopsy for... they thought it was Lichen Sclerosis (sp)... but with the multi pigmentation they could take any chances as it can turn to cancer... anyway, it was neither... so the itching and burning should ease as time goes on!! I did ask my mum if I had always had it... she says she didn't think so... fat lot of use that was, lololol

I have been told to take photos, on a regular basis, to check for any changes lololol.... now where the blinking heck am I going to store those, lololol... I do hope no gentlemen are reading this, lolol!!

BC... I didn't feel very *panache- full* lolol... but am very very relieved now!

Jude and Linda, did you meet up?

Star, glad you are enjoying being back at work... I used to love working with the youngsters.

Maz... he'll settle down... and he is doing so well, too.. poor little thing!

Jean, the weekend has been brilliant so far... very carefree, lol!! And busy... two of my sisters came over for the afternoon... poor R hid most of the time, but kept us supplied with tea, bikkies and chocolate... well, skinny sister with them... life is just sooooo unfair, she can eat as much as she likes while we more rotund siblings look on with awe and envy, lolol

Vicky, I owe you a pm.... I'll get onto it tomorrow, lol...... hope all is well with you.

~~~~~~~~ to Sue M xxxxxx
Right.... am off to watch a bit more of Simon.... I can hear them all warbling, but can't see them from here......
Night night all... and thank you so much... I am fizzing!!
Love
Daff xxxxxx
