O oh, next project for littley will be angels now.

We are waiting for the window man to turn up. He is very reliable but suffers from the same syndrome as other tradesmen. Tells you he'll be here at 0830 to get you up, then doesn't arrive until ages after.

Morning all, I am in waiting for the Ratcatcher:-) I am prepared to blush while he fishes a little mouse out of the trap! Last night I had to switch beds as I dreamt there was a very LARGE mouse sitting on my pillow... Lol...

Ah Daff you are having a lovely time and making great memories for Littlie...what a great pleasure they are. I am looking out for something entirely impractical and glamorous for my little P but what to get for F is always difficult, it's hard to get something bright and zingy for boys.

Enjoy the day everyone, hope your window man turns up soon Ann. BC XX

Yes he's here BC, was only half an hour after he said. 2 of them, one doing the windows and one re-pointing the brick work.

Morning all.... shopping has just been delivered... all now safely tucked into cupboards and freezer, with a bit of help... NOT!!

BC, I used to find that when my boys were small... choice is always a bit limited, it seems to me, for boys!!

I am just about to put the chicken on... I bought a very large one, we shall have roast chicken tomorrow (today as back up if the pizzas fail, lol) and I shall make a big pot of chicken and leek soup... also, I like chicken and sausage on my pizza... so there will be enough for that.... I am also making spagh bol and chilli tonight... we are on the last two frozen containers of each, so it is always good to have a stock in... all the ingredients arrived today!!

The weather seems a bit brighter, but colder.... we had one downpour, but Littlie has managed to spend a good hour in the garden with Grampy, playing football, and wading through the leaves.

We are off soon, to Hobbycraft first, then to the big toyshop we found near the new Cardiff City football ground... quite a nice complex of shops there, and the park is on our way back. Grampy has to go to the garage first though, to collect the car seat from the poorly car...... good thing Littlie reminded us! lol!

BC.... poor you!!! I remember one place I worked in West Wales... we used to watch the mice come out at night.... the owner wouldn't let us get a cat!

~~~~~~~~~ waves to Maz... sounds like great fun.... son is concentrating on stuff to put into a book for mummy..... so now Christmas stuff yet.... although, I have some cracking photos of Littlie's first *just before Christmas* visit when she was 6 months old, so maybe I could use some of the glitter, and the doilies that Jean sent me would be good.... oh!! A Card for mummy!! Cracked it....
Ann, you know me tooooooo welll, lolol... we shall make a Christmas card for mummy... and maybe one for daddy, just in case mummy doesn't help Littlie make one for him. That will be part of our project tomorrow, lol.... I can feel a lie in for daddy coming on, lolol!! ;¬)))
Off now.......... see you all later!! Chicken will cook slowly while we are out..... it is a big one, as I said, and in a covered tin....... it should be ok????
Love
Daff xxxxx
Hi
You know we are having the brick work re-pointed and you know that involves grinding off the old brick work, and you know it is very windy? We are sooo not going to be popular with our neighbours, there is brick dust everywhere!!
I haven't looked but it is probably all in the lounge too as the window is out!!
Just had to have two impressions done (yuk) for the second lot of new teeth to be put on the old plate, with Debbie the dentist holding a long conversation all the time (she never stops talking), No way can you answer with a mouth full of gunge!!!!
AnninGlos
AnninGlos Report 25 Nov 2009 21:19
