morning everyone! Daff....I could have bought some tomato plants, and a squash with me on sat! gave my mother 15 tom plants, and H took the same into school, and i still have some left, and 15 (different variteties) in the garden! lol! i got carried away! lol!

Morning Daff, Well I must say the cooker is working well! (or rather I am!)lol. But everythings seems to cook really fast!, I got up my tree yesterday, and before I realised it, I was doing a "kitty"!
No post today, so" MrBill" as I call him, cos thats all he seems to bring me,didnt take a short cut down the steps!!lol.

Ann.... have you got lost in that closet of yours? Or have you needed to confiscate some of T's space, lolol ;¬))

You will be happy to know, that I gave the dishwasher a stern talking to, and then switched it on... and lo and behold, it was working!! I think I'll still need to look around for a new one, but the urgency has gone, lol.... I would hate to be without my dishwasher!! It is chuntering away quite happily to itself at the moment!!

R has suggested I swap my mattress with his...... I bought a new one for his side of the bed last year, but mine was ok then.... well, I shall.... but if he complains once that his back is bad, I shall thump him!!

Not finished yet Daff, had to take a break to go to the shops for our prescriptions. the pharmacist asked if he could do a review of my medication. (had one before last year in boots). Nothing unusual, just checking no side effects etc. then he offered to take my BP. It is 120/82 which he said was good so that is OK, not had it checked since last August.

anyway, having a coffee then it will be back to the clothes. not pinched any of his space....... yet!!!!

edit: Following you to taff's, might be a bit late, it is a long way down there!

*admires Ann's blood pressure:-) Wish mine was as low. My pharmacist has on three separate occasions taken notes of my medication and any effects they may have and sent a long Form to my Dr, letting him know. . My Dr has blithely ignored them!

This is my day off so I am being very brave and fixing electrical stuff (eeeekkk) like switches which wont work, fixing cookerhood light, etc. I am also summoning enough courage to go and have my tattoo done. Anyone like to come and hold my hand? lol

Well, all T shirts/shorts sorted so we wont have a summer now. I swear they have been breeding over winter, not only have I filled the shelf in the cupboard I have filled a charity bag as well. convenient that was coming yesterday. Haven't had one for ages and it does concentrate the mind.

Just got the trousers to sort now but think i will have lunch before tackling those.

*Awestruck* Ann, that was quick... it would take me a week of dithering, lol!!

BC, much as I adore you... no fanks, don't think I will hold your hand for a tattoo, lol... they make me feel queasy... I'd have loved one a few years ago, just a small one, then saw one being done on the telly..... yuk!! Put me off!! I was the same with having my ears pierced.... I did have them done in the end, but not voluntarily, I can assure you...!! Agghhhh!!

Well.... trip out, I think... dishwasher has broken down on exactly the same thing... the very last rinse... so I will quietly get rid of it, and hope R doesn't even notice, lolol!!

ps, Ann, my bp has been less than that the last couple of times... and no meds since February.... it used to be much higher even with meds.... so I am well pleased!! xxxxx

I am still on the meds. trouble is Dr doesn't think you should try without them. who knows what it would be, I have been taking them for 10 years since before i retired.

I remember them well, Ann, lol..... I have been on BP drugs since I was 33, and had dreadful probs when I was pregnant in my late teens early 20's.... also couldn't use the pill because of it.... so this must be the first time in my adult life that my BP has been normal without drugs!!

You would have expected it to go sky high under the circumstances, wouldn't you? I have always been back to front, me!! lol

Aha!! transfusions from people who didn't have high blood pressure??????

Wmsl.... yep, that must be the answer, lololol... when I have a bit of time, I will add up all the units of blood and platelets I have had since October.... a fair few I expect!!
