Noooo.... I got side tracked in Stray's bedroom on chat, lolol!! Seems to be the day for sorting out bedrooms.

I have done a fair old bit, but rested in between... I have fed us all.... and had a brilliant hotmatch as well.... on my Impey line, so hopefully a brick wall will be battered a little bit... and now I am back here but ready to go to bed!

Take care everyone, and sweet dreams

Morning all, very cold but fine so far, Daff reply sent hope you can manage it next time...no sign of buds on my daff camelia yet, the one at the front seems to have a couple, maybe we are later than you as far as plants go, so fingers x, the leaves are lovely and shiny, looks quite healthy, do I keep feeding them?

MrDaff Report 3 Feb 2010 10:08

lol BC, you are not very good at *stern* are you? Far too nice.... although I imagine that you could do a good line in very very cross, lolol Goes with the fiery hair... tempestuous!! It seems my eyes flash when I am cross, lolol.... well, I had two good Hotmatches yesterday, lolol so was pm'ing like fury!! That kept me awake.... and I now have the research bug again...... heaven help the housework, and long live cobwebs, lolol

It is miserable and gloomy on the outside here... rain and sleet this morning, but.... I am singing and very cheerful, lol.... even though I must finish off all the chores I started yesterday... simply cos I'll need the space to put all my files and folders.

I am afraid I research like I housework, and like I scrapbook... lots of distractions which take me off in all sorts of interesting directions, most of which have nothing whatsoever to do with what I am supposed to be doing, lolol

I shall exterminate the downstairs cobwebs today... straighten the creeping rugs, tidy the kitchen and the crafting table, then sit here pootling through the long lost rellies. A long time since I spent any time researching lost rellies... I have been adding detail to *found* ones to fill in the time.

Jean, how many times have you fed them? I would wait until the buds start appearing properly, if you have done them already. Which reminds me, mine could do with a handful each. I think the one I sent is like one of mine, and a late flowerer. Buds are just beginning on her... but the other two are covered. They didn't do too well last year, but had been moved around rather a lot because of the landscaping, and my late one I almost lost... but she is looking really healthy now. It may take a season or two to get their feet under the table, so to speak... Oh, I'll go and start sending photos now... not sure what I am doing wrong, but I may end up opening another account just for sending photos... Hotmail, maybe....

Morning Maz... countdown time, lolol soon be half term. How are you enjoying your new place now you have settled in?

Morning Mummo.... I shall keep my fingers crossed for the 12th for Eddie.... it is getting closer.

Ann, is T playing Golf today?? Is it Ryder Cup year this year, in Newport? Celtic Manor is only down the road from us...

Right... off to add the stuff I did yesterday that wasn't on my list, to it, so that I can cross it out, lol.... and write a new list for today...

Anyone else used that detergent that you can wash stuff at 15 on? I have been very impressed with the results. Only problem is, they come out just as wet, and take just as long to tumble, so I am ending up with a backlog, lolol

Morning all:-) Rainy, drizzly day here but crocuses peeping up in the park so thank goodness, spring must be on the way, musn't it? Have now sorted out the washing machine problem and the one sitting in middle of kitchen will be taken and replaced asap. In the meantime I shall put a skirt round it and a vase of flowers on top. lol....

I hope you are all having a happy day, and that Daff is resting...*tries to glare.....

wmsl BC.... I have a lovely image of you sat down to morning coffe at your washing machine, lol.... better than chained to the kitchen sink, aye? lolol

Ann, I'll e-mail you some of them in a mo... it might take some time, lolol...... I have to do it one at a time for most of them, cos it the darned thing won't play.... what is it with me and sending photos? I must be doing something very basic and fundamental wrong!!

I have just been out to feed the birds, R bought some more seed and fat balls yesterday..... they were waiting.... and so was Jess and Jethro, lol..... they have been shooed off now, but neither of them have caught anything for a good while... the birds are wising up to them, thankfully.

Maz, good luck... that wedding will be here before we've had time to blink! Time is just zooming past.

I am not doing too much today, all the washing is up to date, the last load is in the tumbler... I should really, but I have some really really good Hotmatches on two lines that have been *stuck* for some time..... so I am off to play in my tree. ;¬))

Take care everyone

Love

Was not on here this morning, met our friends down at Blooms for coffee, had a wonder round, bought some seed (spring must be round the corner) because they were half price, bought a couple or three books in The works. Then left our friend and went to tesco and did the shopping. Came home (note that, came home) and had lunch.

Thanks for photos Daff all arrived safely.

Very dull and gloomy here today. OH gone to golf so a bit of 'me' time available. That means I will sit and ponder and prevaricate, and drift around on here and get nothing positive done at all Lol!!!!

Morning Maz....'breeding programme'? My mind is boggling! lol Rainy but mild here. Baby boy's flight was held up so he had to stay at hotel in Airport over night. I shall see him later today. I also see podiatrist today which I always like!

Hope you have a good day, Daff, and all:-)
