I don't eat sweets or chocolate, I much prefer savouries. My guilty pleasure is Liquorice. I can eat a whole packet in one go,,,,,, intact I just have.

I love liquorice too but my big addiction is pickles.

One of the most depraved things you could ever see is me with a fork and a jar of pickled beetroot.

I bought a jar of wholegrain mustard in Aldi last week because I had seen a recipe that needed it. Well, I couldn't remember what the recipe was but thought I would just have a little taste. Then the spoon went in and I was away again. It was very much like capers and I would sell my soul for capers!

Stuff.?..... I thought you would be addicted to grass.

You can bet he gives mint sauce a wide berth!

Sharron I make my own mustard from scratch if you fancy a jar.

Paula - grass is not addictive - I checked with my parole officer.

Stuff, on the other hand, can be highly addictive.

I brought some fresh Beetroot last week and pickled a huge jar, it is delicious I will think of you next time I open a jar.

I usually use Colman's mustard powder but this whole grain stuff was vinegary. Don't have a lot of use for other types of mustard. I suppose I could buy the grains and grind it myself but don't really use enough to warrant that either.

Is it the stuff you have with none sense ? :-D

Oh! Heck!...............shhhh don't tell but I can't buy in marzipan at Christmas without eating the stuff end up having to buy loads of pkts...never buy it during the year .... But now that's it's mentioned well might be drawn to it :-D :-D
Opened a pkt of jelly babies they are sitting on the table looking at me have eaten my share these ones are his nibs but he not here so what do you think ? he won't know ;-)
