Bec, I haven't read all the replies, just your original post but I don't see where the dilemma is. Get in touch. If he's not single.. then at least you've got in touch with an old friend again. If you go for it, and it doesn't work out.. what have you lost ? it's not like you've still been in touch. I fyou don't try then you'll always wonder.
