Hi Annabel - I was only thinking today of the time when the 4 of us genies met in Perth, and that I hadnt seen any of you on the threads (well not the ones I look at). How are you all going? Hi Jood have not been on much as Doug my husband as had op for cancer just started radiotherapy treatment 5 days a week for 7 weeks have to go to royal Perth each day then when that's finished he starts chemo 5 days in hospital 2 weeks home then back again till about christmas, so you can imagine what our life as been like over the last few months, but never mind he will come good. Do not know the other new ones from Perth do Pam and Ian still come on, been a nice sunny day again here but we need some rain bad. Annabel

Annabel - the newbie Butterfly has a msg above your last one. So sorry to hear about your hubby, it must be a worrying time and a busy one for you. .. Say hello to Doug for me. .. The guy in one of the townhouses directly opposite me has been having chemo for Leukemia. .. I ring him up to see how he is, but I dont go over, as his immune system is very low. ..Having just got over pnuemonia, I won't go near him. .. I think he has his last treatment this month. Heard from Ian once or twice on this thread, but nothing from Pam that I am aware of. .. Do you hear from them? Jood

No Lew, was a bit tired when I got home, but I had to be up and dressed by 9.00am this morning, then later had another subcommittee meeting. .. Am getting a wee bit of energy back, but still walking slow, and not very far. .. And the work is still waiting for me, but I will take my time. You see, sub committee meetings, meetings and luncheons are fairly easy to handle .. pmsl (h*******k isn't) Am off to bed now actually, to nice warm bedclothes and a good book. .. I'm really sorry you had to wear just sox out tonight .. must have been embarrassing (but I had nothing to do with it). Jood

Have not heard from Pam or Ian Hi to Butterfly another south of the river sand groper, Last week we had a couple of free days as my niece and her boyfriend were here on holiday from the UK we had a quick trip down south, we were watching the surfers at Yallingup beach when six dolphins decided to join in it was magical the highlight of their trip, Jenny bought me a crystal dolphin to remember it, so we have had some good times also, and the Eagles are going great.
