Catie ,I am left handed and think that had something to do with me not getting on too well with the violin.Also my music teacher was a maniac lol
I played the piano and got to grade 4.I love music ,of most kinds.
My Friend Fitz is a pianist and his father was a conductor.Fitz goes to concerts almost weekly.

I suppose his stomach has to learn to cope with food again ,and its still early days for him ,lets hope his pain eases and he's soon up and about again .

Hopefully it will soon disperse David and he will be more comfortable. It must take a few days to get used to things going back to how they were. Best wishes to him and I hope he is soon home and on that computer again.

It is a new learning curve for Ralphs lower intestines to cope with now .It will take a little while for things to get back to normal ,which is understandable.

His yards of tripes haven't had any packing sine his operations last spring.

Says the ward was busy all night, 4 doctors on duty.

David ,you have such a lovely way of describing things lolol.Those yards of tripe will have to get acustomed (sp) to food stuff going through again.Just tell him to be patient.

Shirl thats is so funny take the fillings out your mouth if you slept with your mouth open. Our kitchen is flooded we had a dreadful downpoor of rain and it leaked in through the skylight in the kitchen I had built on . Campari and Soda I liked I cannot go to bed until this floor is dry got towels soaking the water up. Can someone tell me how to stuff a marrow please sometime. Sorry this is late .

I lived in London for 11 years loved it there I had so many nice friends in London I love the theatre and saw a lot
of it there I love the string instruments if played well . My eldest daughter played the clarinet for a while in several youth concerts but gave it up. It seems like those horrible party of teenagers had a right rampage through the streets why do they ruin other peoples property for pleasure. I did mean to write Beryl is my sons godmother
not godson. Do you think you could claim from that teeenagers family for the gate or perhaps you may get it back if its anygood after being dumped on a telephone box. Roof replacement that reminds me of when we moved in here so much damage to the roof. Where do you live in London Catie can you say .I lived in Beckenham but close to Penge. I used to love going to the Albert Hall to concerts and loved prom nights. NITE

Morning All,

Dull and raining on and off today but thats not surprising as my SIL arrives today with her hubby for their holiday.

OH has just said to me "have you got the sheets ready for the caravan?" Sheets I say, Chrissy usually bring her own!!

So now off to iron the sheets for the van................................ then clean the bathroom.

Woke up to RAIN this morning!!!!!!!!,not a lot,and it has now dried up and the sun is trying to shine.I just picked some more dwarf beans,not enough big runners for today.
Now I had better get dressed and take Chester out.

Computer behaving it's self this morning for the time being anyway ,OH had to spend £18 on the Internet on a kind of program (Don't want to say which one that would be advertising) last night to do some kind of system restore it said it had found over 300 faults,

Weather gray and drizzly this morning,

Agirl friend of mine phoned up yesterday and asked if daughter no 2 boyfriend would come and cut her hedge she said she would prefer to give him a tenner instead of getting in a man to do it. so we are going up to her house at 1, daughter's boyfriend to do some work and daughter & I to have coffee. so I have been printing off some recent pics of Sofia to show her,Sofia is now standing on her own without holding onto anything and has taken a couple of steps
I will e-mail you with a photo .

Coffee time then off to do my exercises.

Catie good luck with hubbies eye op. Shall be thinking of him. My OH had a new lens in his eye last year an thats been fine since. He had had a stone come up from the stimmer and cut his eye and then got a tramatised cataract 12 years later. Horrid anything to do with the eyes as they are sooooo important.

I have the eye clinic with mum this week, if she decides to go.

Just had phone call from Girl friend cancelling hedge cutting as we have torrential rain here and it looks like its here to stay all day. Not safe for daughters boyfriend to cut hedge with Electric shears, will keep fingers crossed the weather will be fine tomorrow.

Hi Mel yes fairly dry, still some wet ,a lot of rain came skylight needs fixing. Today is bright and sunny
so things should dry out. It is always scary with eyes so precious to us. I have been to the shop today my charity job and someone brought in a painting Between Two Fires do you know who painted that I am having trouble looking it up because the web is playing up so many people using it I think. Of course only a copy I think.
