Hope Daff has had a better day, and that the infection is retreating now.

I understand Ann has painted orange stripes on a black wetsuit for abseiling duties. I do hope it doesn't look too much like a wasp, or we could end up with a swarm. I shall don a bee keeper's hat and suit, complete with gloves just in case!

Sleep well everyone. We must prepare for our SM's return to duties.

Hello Daff ....and troops ,

I haven't had the chance to post on here for a day or two ( but I have been reading the thread ) .... I've been busy with the family as it was my Grandsons eighth birthday yesterday , so it's been parties and cakes time .

I hope your infection is on the way out now Daff and that your appetite is starting to return a little . xx

Fingers crossed you may be home today Daff or if not, then tomorrow. We all miss you:-) But Mr D has been great to let us know what's happening. *frets.. hope he is eating properly.

Well that pub crawl was a washout I was turned away because of my attire *glares at Gwynie, and I lost Mau at that pub on the docks..tsk tsk....so its back to spud bashing and knotting sheets today;

Mr Daff will be looking forward to the Felines mum coming home no doubt ,mine are enjoying the sunshine in the windows at the moment ,ours had two breakfasts yesterday my son came home from work at 3.30 am fed them then they conned me into more at 6.am the toads lol

Daff's temp staying in the safe-zone and the antibiotic treatment ended last night, so hopefully out tmw.
Food intake still poor, but D suspects the a/bio may be the cause - she's hungry but can't eat or drink much of anything.
Taking in the rest of the 'escape pack' today so all will be ready for the morning..or afternoon..or evening........

So good to hear there may be an escape tomorrow. If you need a few outriders to protect the journey, I am sure we can assemble a suitably camoflaged troop to guard you. I don't think Ann's stripey wetsuit is suitable, but with some random pattern on the lycra, we should manage.

Chilly day here, so take some cold weather kit for Daff.

I deny the accusation from Gwynne, that I am acting disgracefully! (Apologies for poor typing - just painted my nails, but got excited to read Mr Daff's post.)

morning all (just) Spam sarnies and tea('whispers' with brandy ) thanks Maz, I will make a cake I think I have some red colouring in the cupboard to do some icing and will put jelly diamonds on and some chocolate buttons.

Hope everything goes to plan regarding the great escape, I'm afraid of heights so I will steady the rope from the ground.

Good afternoon all, as I have no wish to be taken for a wasp I have added dots to the orange stripes. Hmm, very pretty but no good as camoflauge.

Her's hoping for the great escaape tomorrow then. Abseiling down the sheets if she trusts our knots, or tunnelling, her choice.

Evening Daffers, Mr Daffers and everyone:o))

Tell yeh what...'its blooming cold tonight, has been all day'.

Right......ready for this, l knew l was training Madoc for something spectacular and l think he's ready for it, he in turn has been prepairing Rosco next door and the very big boxer dog from the park!!!

Daffers......just be ready you'll hear there claws sliding on the slippery floors, they skid with great control and WILL stop at your bed...get out of bed put the top sheet on the floor laydown on it and wait....... Rosco and Boxer will grab a corner each and Madoc (Mad dog Madoc) will lead them back out on the slippery floor at speed.....Daff you'll glide honest !!!! lol.. Madoc has been trained to open doors and press button's so he'll have the lift ready. Mr Daffers you must be ready at the main doors with a van,back doors open with a ramp.....l'll be there to shut the doors, the ramp will fall off and stop anyone following you.....how does that sound??

morning who has been behaving bad ? i am an angel lol not lol my trousrers had holes in though on the knees
, well BC thanks for doing the domestics with the cleaning so we will not get nagged .I have put all the mugs ,glasses in the dishwasher they will need putting away .
So we are on standby sheets at the ready ,warm clothes , who's in the getaway car ?or charriot with the dogs on lol

Just letting you know Daff and Mr Daff that I'm thinking of you and the family.

Lol Jude, brilliant Idea, keep those dogs well trained.

I am ready for the escape, just hope those knots are ok. I wasn't a girl guide, or a scout, so I'm not too hot on knots. I'm ready in my uniform, at the side of Ann with her stripey, dotted, wetsuit. She looks fantastic.

Madoc and his chums will be a great help - they will be rescue dogs after this escapade.

Well Mr Daffers hopefully will drive it, l'll have shut the doors and can't run cause of me back!! so someone needs to be in the van wiv Daff and the Mutts....any volunteers??
