Mummo pink hair will suit you I'm sure just as much as orange would ,you could always wear a few pink feathers as well. (wear them any place you feel comfortable lol )
What a brilliant idea a prescription for a BC, that would make any illness disappear.

Hoping Daff is home with Mr Daff and the puss cats sometime today.

Sending hugs your way Daff.

Ah...BC think you may need E45 - Daff 'delayed' until at best Sunday night, prob Monday p.m.
'They' were going to remove Winnie, but that has now been put on hold - the infection area is slowly retreating but there's still another day of antibiotics to go, and a 24hr wait after that. If temp steady, then it's a 'go for home' - if it spikes again then it's back to day 1, and another 5 days in hospital, and prob lose Winnie then.
Very frustrating for Daff as she's ready to come home. Think someone should relieve BC though - it's cold and wet out there and there's only so much you can do when dangling from a rope !!!
We'll see what tomorrow brings us...

Is mise ! (( ;O) ))

R,

Elisabeth

Elisabeth Report 24 Sep 2010 22:15

Evening Daff, Mr Daff and troops,

Sorry to hear that Daff hasn't managed to escape, but if the infection is still there, so be it. We need her back on duty in good condition ready for square bashing.

Love,
Elisabeth xx

Oh well R can't fight the medics.

BC stay down off the rope now and give your body a chance to recover from the restrictions of lycra and your heart beat from the attention of brawny firemen!!! You know that there is only a certain amount of stress the body can stand.

Let's hope that Daff will be allowed out on Sunday then. Don't those medics realise we need her????

*lands daintily on thread and unzips....what a relief! . . Thank you for the update, Mise, and am sorry to hear our Daff has been delayed. But we are all getting quite expert at the rope climbing and she will be thrilled to see our orange lycra clad bodies hovering outside her window, and waving with one hand. It will speed her recovery Im sure:-))

Nighty night all. BC XX.

When Daff sets foot outside she is going to need to wrap up very warm. Make sure she does.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 25 Sep 2010 14:44

Weeelll I have managed to scrounge a couple of wet suits from the windsurfers so will be abseiling in one of those, the other is up for grabs, rubber not lycra and black not orange but I have painted a few orange stripes on so they are going to fit in with uniform colours. Mind you I had better start putting mine on now for this evening, it is going to take a while to squeeze into it!

Guinevere

Guinevere Report 25 Sep 2010 15:04

If Daff is still delayed can we be excused manoooovers and go on a pub crawl instead?

There will be a dress code, obviously.
*looks pointedly at BC.*

It's what Daff would want, I'm sure.
