i hate cooking
it take 1hr and half to cook and 1 and a half minets for my lot to demolish it

2oz butter,2 spring onions,8oz mushrooms,10fl oz chicken stock,10flozmilk,1tblsflour, salt&pepper...5floz single cream

melt 3qrts butter in pan,add spring onions &mushrooms,fry 3mins....,.
por in stock&milk...bring to boil...& simmer...cover for 20mins
rub thru strainer or blend...
melt rest of butterstir in flour to a paste
gradually stir in soup & bring to boil,...season & add cream!!!
i add loads of blk pepper & cream b4 en & jus blend it

All this talk of food.

I wasn't hungry tonight so just had some fish soup we bought back from France. That was nice.

Got to go and iron some white shirts for hubby for the next 6 days, he's run out and has one a day Ugh. who ever decided engineers should dress in white fancy shirts they are a bugger to iron.

Had three little ones with their Mum here this morning Like a whirlwind. The baby boy is 5 months and I might look after him when Mum goes back to work, maybe in the New Year.

Oh well best get on.

Hi everyone

Been out most of the day today, had to go for breast screening, first one I've been to then picked up son and new girlfriend from the station. this afternoon my horse had new shoes so hung around for farrier.

My wellies are plain green ones, there were blue spotty ones and pink flowerey ones but not in my size, would have got the spotty ones if they had some.

Like the new cups
