Just got back from Town bus was empty must have known I was going on it. I brought a cardigan my two others I have had for a long time so thought I would cheer myself and buy something.

I filled my trolley up with bits and piece including three Argos catalogues for two of my friends who could not carry them so I said I am getting myself one I get one each for you. it was Very heavy getting the trolley on the bus and off again.

The poetry I had some on someone thread I think it was Ron of Wales ? not sure that was a coupleof years ago.I also did one for Harry and Henry the two old guy who died recently.and added information on the thread "Interesting Facts about London "

I need to get on with my Autobiography I would like to get that nearly finished so I have something the children can read when I am gone. so that will be my next job.

What shall I have for Dinner(she says as she frowns )

iv been up a long time

eny way iv whated a long time for my lot to get older so i can lay in bed LOL

My daughter had phoned to say she has booked us three days away at Great Yarmouth in September I stay with her a week but she said she thought it would be nice if we had a few days away together. so we have a nice Hotel on the sea front.

And whats more very much alive ...LOL

He also said I could and would end up Diabetic IF I continued to eat them Chocolates....& Cakes & biscuits ...........AND .Oh I don't know how to say this *WINE* WINE* WINE*....that's going to kill me BIG time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So off to the shops for my heaaaaaaalthy fooooooood.
I'm having Salad lots of it and a GIN & TONIC instead !! LOL

Marilyn I am the same I dont know what tablets you are on but I am on 100 m Levothyroxine taking one in the morning along with all my others. when I was first diagnoised I was put onto 150 I think that is about the higest doseage you can have not sure.? 10 years ago.
so welcome to the club along with me is my daughter and my two sons and my sister and her daughter so you see there are many of us.

Yvonne we have lovely weather here today it looked like rain this morning then the sun came out and it has stayed that way.

I wish I was a well kown novelist Mo I could do with the money.

I did some of my cupboards out over the weekend Yvonne and took a large black sack of sheets and table clothes and curtains to the charity shop tueday I thought they are sitting there and I wont use them. then today I took 12 videos some DVD's and two books on researching family history I have about five or six which I use.also two reading books and a desk lamp so I had a struggle with that lot I dropped them off on my way into Town.

Yes got the tablets 50mg to start with then back again in 3mths for another blood test.

Rita I didn't .know.....MEN........ could have Thyroid problems I thought it was just us women.
Now I'm going to send hubby down there ...LOL

Mo I'll be having a GT tonight...!

there are so many men with the same problems I dont know many with over active thyroids but many with under active .my daughter in law had over active thyroids.

I too have an underactive thyroid, diagnosed about 20 years ago. I am on 175 mcg a day Rita, the hospital messed with my dosage last year decreased it too much and I've gained weight ever since then. Recent blood test said my levels are OK.

Rita my daughter is one of them were every think has it own place and have to be put back in that place even to the fliping tins in the cuboard

do's it matter if a tin of bloody beans are in the space were the scetty go's
and the flower is on the second shelf and not the top

the one good thing though is the wash basket is alaway emplty since she has been home all day but iv nether seem to have eny wash powder what the heck dos she do with that i dont no


And if you lot take eny more pill you all going to start rattling when you walk LOL

I jut had an email from the lady I contatced about "Seahorse " I saw her letter in the FM and she said the ship was sold in 1902 and I told her it wasnt as my Great Uncle Walter was on it in 1901 . we have had a nice little chat and she was so pleased I emailed her. she is going to let me know if she finds her relation in the picture. just thought I would let you all know. WDYTYA in a little while BBC 1 at 9. dont forget.
