	Phew.... just got back in time to watch it. I haven't got one of those new fangled things you can tape programmes on cos I don't understand how to work them lol. Still trying to work out how to watch 'catch up' tv :) Jean x.

	I loved it....full of angst. I don't know the story so am waiting with baited breath for the next episode. I know he was a rotter, having his wicked way with Tess...... but isn't he a handsome devil. lolol.

	A Shepherd's Life is available in it's full text on-line. It is probably worth looking at just to enhance the Hardy novels.
