Ruth , as far as I can see there is no link between the Henry Radley born to Martha and Moses and the Henry leek born to John and Sarah...there can't be.

Your cousin may be tracing wrong lines, i'm sorry because I know time is pressing but we need to track this from some firm point...ie you basically or at least your parents.

what does your cousin have in the way of certificates?

he doesnt. he has just sent me pictures of henry and rossana, our grandparents. am sorry

Could this be the family in 1881 mistranscribed, no Henry but there is a Christoopher Leek, adopted.

So that is definite,Ruth, but to get to where you need to be medical history wise, I doubt that going back further will help to be honest, because whatever it is may not have been recognised then in any case. I'm sorry that doesn't sound very helpful. Whatever the Leek connection is, I think it is too distant to be any help in the genetic illness sense.....

you need any children and grandchildren of your father's siblings, which I presume as you have spoken to a cousin, you have already...

or to get the death certs of grandparents to see if it gives any clues... is it possible for your doctor to get your father's medical history? I don't know how that works I'm afraid.
