actually wasn't being as flippant as my comment may have sounded, knew goosebumps were supposed to be shivery but wasn't sure whether it generally was seen as being a good thing or a bad thing. Will have to have a think. :-)

From start to finish, I'd go with the whole of the Grace album by Jeff Buckley, and in particular 'Hallelujah'. Yes, it's a cover and in fact has been covered many times (Rufus Wainwright & kd lang spring to mind) but to me, this feels the most impressive version. The spare instrumentation and Buckley almost sounding as if he's whispering into the microphone make it a spinetingling listen.

Bec When I was in labour with my son (June 1996) every time I had a contraction all I kept doing was singing the chorus of Three Lions. Also have a signed copy of it which somehow cannot part with has too many memories
