Georgette I've been waiting for a new bathroom ever since we moved in 14 years ago! So you bet I'm excited LOL It's going to be one hell of a job. There are two layers of tiles that we know of. The second layer didn't go as far as behind the manky wall cupboard that had to come out so we had to be very inventive and cover the hole with a mirror. None of the fittings like the corner shelf and splash back have the 2nd lot of tiles under either. Believe it or not I didn't look at the bathroom when we looked round. My husband did. I don't think I would have been keen to buy the place if I had. I had to clean the loo with a hacksaw blade!!! Mags xx Ooooh - when we take the bath panel off....I'll let you know if Lemon is hiding behind it!
