Georgette I've been waiting for a new bathroom ever since we moved in 14 years ago! So you bet I'm excited LOL It's going to be one hell of a job. There are two layers of tiles that we know of. The second layer didn't go as far as behind the manky wall cupboard that had to come out so we had to be very inventive and cover the hole with a mirror. None of the fittings like the corner shelf and splash back have the 2nd lot of tiles under either. Believe it or not I didn't look at the bathroom when we looked round. My husband did. I don't think I would have been keen to buy the place if I had. I had to clean the loo with a hacksaw blade!!! Mags xx Ooooh - when we take the bath panel off....I'll let you know if Lemon is hiding behind it!

Thanks Em, Bonnie has an allergy that makes her ears sore, she is 15 years old and stone deaf but otherwise very active. Now that they have found what it is, she will be on piriton permanently, she is very good dog but this habit of waking up early was wearing everyone out. It would appear that the ear problem was the cause. Its quite amusing really, we have a sign language with her and she understands, but we cant risk her getting out because she wouldn't hear us call. June xx
