When i did my BMI as im 6ft it said that i needed to loose 3st too im only 10.5 st if i lost anymore id look ill..... |

as others have said B.M.I is not the best way to see if someone is obese, the only way to really tell is by measureing fat against muscle,muscle always weighs much heavier,so some people weigh heavy but are extremely fit,you can get this done at your cliniic if you want to really know:-))lol |

I've seen your pics and you don't look fat in them. You may be overweight (I need to loose at least a stone as well) but you must carry it well? All my weight is from the waist down and providing I wear jeans I don't look too bad. If it's making you feel that unhappy why don't you try joining Weight Watchers or similar - I joined and lost a stone and my Sister is stil going and has lost nearly 2 stone - we joined beginning of January. Once you start loosing the weight then it will give you more of an incentive and you'll feel that your goal is achieveable. But all that said the real beauty is on the inside. Kaye x |
