	I sent a message through GR about it but the message has not been opened. I posted on the wall of GR on facebook but had no response.

	Joy ..... that's not surprising as there have no new updates on FB since September 25, and I think no responses to posts since early October

	Hollow laugh - before today, the previous batch of replies are dated 30 Oct. Before that was 20 Oct.

	My goodness! They replied to a post 'one hour ago'! It must have been the time they checked the Poppy had been successfully uploaded to the page.

	I think they have lent out the customer support team to TalkTalk, no one at home. Won't you miss all this ? Thank you for contacting us. We're so sorry to hear you're experiencing issues searching your trees. This problem appears to be linked to the Google tool bar which you will have downloaded onto Internet Explorer. If you go to 'tools' and then please ensure that compatibility view and compatibility view settings are both unticked, you should then be able to search your tree again. We've passed details of the problem to the developers so they are aware of the issue I can see that you have used some of our core services of the Platinum membership. By this we mean you have either sent messages to other members or viewed our records. In this case we are unable to refund your Platinum membership. Your membership runs until . We had a few problems with the new version of the tree as you are aware, so we restored the old one for the time being. If you hover your mouse over the 'Family Tree' icon on your Genes Reunited homepage, you should see the option 'Use old tree’ on the dropdown picklist. If you click on this, you'll still be able to use the previous version of the tree. The old tree will remain until we're able to fix all the problems in the new tree. It's not an older version of the software. All I want is for it to work properly or a refund.
