a very attractive person. A person who, on a scale of 0 to 10, is the best.

Is this what is meant or is there another meaning? x

That is exactly right, Muffyxx. But I believe when the expression is being used here it refers to a goodly number who are very attrractive and absolutely perfect. And fly in perfect formation towards their prey with plenty of pm tension. ;-)
