Call me a cynic but I don't think it's coincidence that there's a documentary about him on on Monday night.

Excellent publicity for the programme, eh?

I agrede - if there is a programme on Monday night there is bound to be "story" in order to give publicity/highlight for the programme.

I would imagine that if there is still an ongoing police search for the letter by the time the documentary is due, it will be postponed...if the advocate is then found to be lying it won't be shown at all... ? or edited to exclude her part in it anyway.

its still being shown, and its her wording on it that promted the police search, she is now saying the programme miss quoted her, but monday night you will see exactly what she did say,

It's a curious thing though. Why was she taking part in a documentary . If she had a letter and thought it was her obligation as his advocate to keep it quiet until he died what the heck was with the publicity. I can't imagine the documentary makers plucked the idea from the sky so why then deny it to the police. I am sure lyn as you say many normal people become advocates or work with these people but I am just as sure the job attracts folk that do have "issues" to put it kindly just as paedophiles put themselves in a position to work with children .narcissists find there way in to the army or police force. Etc. you can't avoid it unfortunately.
