No there is rarely a maiden name on a christening record unless it Methodist

I'm not going to totally rule out the marriage you showed us earlier but I have my doubts.
A) the marriage took place after Thomas & Annie returned from USA & well after the birth of some of the children
B) The marriage details you've shown us are for Thomas Henry Judge. Annie's husband is Thomas Alfred Judge on 2 census & Thomas Alfred Barker Judge on what I think is his birth registry

You need the following website

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

Just follow the on screen instrustions but have the details shown above ready as you will need them. They will ask for the Page & Volume numbers which are shown.
A cert will cost £7 if you give all the info & arrive in a week if you are lucky.
