Hi,

I now have William Neve's birth certificate which confirms his dad is George Neve and mum is Ann Neve (formerly Chamberlain).
I also have George and Ann's marriage certificate which states that George was 'of full age' which still doesn't help me find his birth record! Aaagh!
They married in Aylsham and lived in Yarmouth on all the census'.
The census records show his birth place as being Stalham, Norfolk but I can't find anything for the right time period (EYB on census is 1834)
I now know that his father's name was Henry Neve (from marriage cert).
Any ideas where I go from here? Thanks

The census records you've found for Henry look really promising. Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I've been trying to find Norfolk baptisms but still no luck with George's birth record!
