Tom - Have you seen my message - sorry I made a blob first time it is the 1881 census. I think this is the same Thomas as the 1871 - still without Sarah but the right place for the marriage! Anne

Yes - and there is some fo the children are born in Shifnal -I think that we have one brick wall knocked down so to speak - will have to see if I can find a birth reg and see what comes from that.

I would get another of the children's birth certs as I think you might end up with the wrong one as there are 2 Sarah Owens of a similar age but you could always add checking points.

I know - I;ve just been looking - but I don;t actually have any solid proof to link Sarah to Thomas to Elizabeth - or do you think what we have got is strong enough. Thanks for all your help. tom :-)

I think Sarah is somewhere but who knows where? I am guessing the more that you find out about her family the more you will find out about her.

Thinking sideways - who is living with grandfather John in 1871 (I haven't got access) Peter
