Do you have an ancestry sub - you really need one if you are going to do this mad hobby.

Thanks Linda Im just telling my husband that his family has issues what with not changing the first name of the children from the father, and now to find out there could be spelling issues... at least it is a diferent name to look for at least for a while lol. Thanks loads Tara

Yeh im a member have been for about 2 months now so still learning how to use it ............... but im getting there slowly.

Hi Tara Unfortunately they did seem to change spellings. Also called their Children by their middle name, finding some of my Ancestors births has been a nightname. Do let us know if this John turns out to be the right one. Good luck Linda

Just check that there isnt another John Burchmore around in 1861 Luton area on the census. Nite!!
