I have Featherstone in my tree but not from that area. I have found the name frequently spelt without the E on the end |

1911 census . putting Sidney born 1890 -+ 1 Chartham Kent comes up with Sidney Nash,Walter Sidney Hoston, Sydney Frederick Noble |

Thanks for your reply, have probably exhausted all the normal channels, census, deaths, emigration etc. Probably will remain a mystery, shame but i suppose that happens sometimes. |
