peter ...I,ve tried looking for that but I,ve got Vista ...and cant find it !!??

I have had this as well, the way around it is to change your msn password. It is not a virus on your pc, but a site which once it has your login details (which you give it so that you can see who has blocked you) will keep logging into your account and sending the same link to all your contacts, therefore by changing your msn password it can no longer access your account.
