Anyone? I'm very bored !!

Hi Laura, I've been using Infotrac, but they're now denying access, so I'll take you up on your kind offer. I'm looking for any reference to Robert Fathers b. c1814 Northamptonshire and his wife, Maryb. c1820 Chester in the 1871 and 1881 census. I know Mary was a widow living with her son George in 1891, but don't know if she was still alive in 1901. Don't like to think of anyone being bored, so many thanks. All the best, Rob

hi Laura thanks, I seem to have hit a bit of a block. I cant find a marriage between ethel maud truckle 1891 who lived in Shirley freemantle now Southampton married Thomas Arthur harmer. I am sure that this exists how do I find it ?

Westmoreland is / was between Lancs and Cumbria I am trying to ascertain if the JAMES STEAD is the same James Stead born c 1829 to Betty and John Stead. In the 1881 census James Stead aged 58 is with Rebecca Stead aged 60 and shown as coming from FEELY FONDSDALE Westmoreland - I think this should be Kirby Lonsdale. He is in West Ham as Licensed Victualler. I am sure its the same one So can you find him in other census's
