Sorry, don't have any more time to do any digging but it does look as though, here too you are going to have to buy a birth certificate to find out any more.
Although Mary states she is married, there is no sign of her husband on any of the census records, so would be difficult to know if Mary was ever married or not.
You could try and find a baptism record to see if a father is noted on there, or maybe one of the marriage certificates of one of the girls to see if a father is noted on them. Without either you will have trouble going backwards if that is what you wish to do.
