i was told her middle name was rose but that could be wrong i think i alot of my info is wrong

is there away i can find all the children born to this family

i have rose mays marrage cert but that dont have mums name and she married in 1939 and alfred was at her wedding he sined her cert

that is them if i am right eileen had 3 girls only

on the marriage cert you have for rose does it say her father has a middle name or is it just alfred as in the 1911 census i have posted earlier its says amelia was married but no sign of alfred but there is a alfred william away at war so that would explaine why shes on herown with the children

plus i was thinking that if rose may was amelia & alfreds child they would have been rather old when she was born could she have been one of there daughters born out of wedlock & thats why she was adopted ??? just a thought

seems to me that Rose was probably illegitimate daughter of Amelia Annie Jacobs who was the daughter of Alfred and Amelia Ellen

the Clay children mother is Amelia Annie Jacobs - did she call herself Eileen?

it just say alfren i do know he was in and out of a mental hospital he might of been in there pluss his son william went to war cos he lost a leg or arm i only got told the william went to war no one elce can i just say thank you to all that is helping me i would be very lost with out your help

we was told rose was born jan 1920 but i think that was to put us off the truth

do you know Eileen's married name?

you need to write down all the info that you have in date order, keeping the generations together ie parents and then list the children and who they married etc

keep a record of where you got the info from

you can only verify things by getting certificates

the birth of Rose born March quarter 1920 ties in with the info that you have.

if the jacobs & hicks connection is correct i can,t seam to find a marriage for alfred & amelia ann maybe they never married she may have just given the children alfreds surname
