This year has been traumatic for me s youngest son has not worked for the last12 months and suffered a loss of self-confidence and motivation o get out into the world again - spends all his time playing computer games on internet.......had one session with psychologist, but does not want to accept help from anyone....

Oh......and I turned 60..eeeeeeeeek!!!!

My son graduated this yr and can't get a job in IT,but he still has his seasonal job he secured whilst in Uni, he's always on his PC or weightlifting or out with friends...til 6am yesterday morning!
He's has weights for a few yrs but had a work out bench for Xmas this yr.
I'm the worrier about his future,fortunatelely he is well appreciated in As*da, supermarket ,where he works,if he wanted to take up an IT job with them he would have to go North to Leeds.
Sorry to hear about your son's loss of self confidence, tis a hard one to overcome:(
