That's what I thought too Val. Claire, where did the £8 ones come from, can you send the address please? Liz

considering my age 47 I dont really know much about toxins as it is a subject that has only recently come into public discussion (if you know what I mean). I ride my bike to work most days and I go for a jog with the dog most days along the beach. Whenever I do a lot of exercise like jogging by the time I get home I am always desperate for the loo. As I understand it exercise makes all your organs work properly so does that not flush the toxins through your body as well????

as you can get toxins just by breathing polluted air, excersing might even make you breathe more in !!

How do I know if I need a detox? Our body generates toxins constantly. If we have a perfect diet, drink plenty of spring water and take exercise, our body should be able to remove these unwanted substances on its own. But we now live in a chemical world of pollution, amalgam fillings, medicines, pesticides, alcohol, poor diet, lack of exercise, stress...the list is endless, and so too are the symptoms: bloating, gas, brain fog, forgetfulness, inability to concentrate, headaches, allergies, overeating, poor circulation, fatigue, mood swings, bad breath, stiff joints, cold hands and feet, recurring infections, indigestion, poor skin, cellulite, back pain etc. This was taken from e-bay seller Dobleen Health & Beauty, who is offering 14 pads of Green edition for £7.89 +£1.95 p&p or 28 pads for £14.95

Ive used them for the last 4 nights and bought them off the internet. The gunk is disgusting. My husband thinks the gunk is just the patches turning funny colour and sticky and that it is all a con!!! What do you all think?? Liz

Elizabeth, as stated earlier, I wore them on my thighs one night, so they had contact with the skin all night, the following morning they were still powdery, so I was able to reuse them on the soles of my feet the next night, with a gunky sticky result. So to my mind they don't just turn sticky on their own.

Have you noticed any subtle differences Elizabeth?

Little Lost Report 30 Jul 2006 07:27

looked in Holland and baratt and they have 14 pads for £24.95 that seems quite dear but the girl on the desk said they have had a lot of positive feed back from them. but then she would say that as she is a sales assistant..lol Hubby is going there today to get some stuff for himself so I might tackle him about them and show him the bargain available in comparison on the net.

Good thinking Gloryer - let us know how you get on. I wanted to send for some more pads but my son is never around at the same time as me, so I can't get him to order them for me. I won't start an account as I would end up spending a fortune, on all sorts of things that take my fancy. Liz

Haven't heard of anyone trying it for eczema, but maybe you could try it out Louise, and let us know if it helps?

Louise, did you wear them in the centre of your foot? if so I didn't get a result from that area either, try them on the sole or heel

Purple **^*Sparkly*^** Diamond Report 2 Sep 2006 02:52

Strange that this thread should be nudged by Louise's query as I thought last night I had not got round to getting more pads, and no one else had mentioned them. Have been so busy with other things, think I will have to have a week for metime when I get back from Wales in a couple of weeks. Anyone else trying the pads? Louise, how did you get on the second time?

Purple **^*Sparkly*^** Diamond Report 6 Sep 2006 01:32

nudging for Louise

Purple **^*Sparkly*^** Diamond

Purple **^*Sparkly*^** Diamond Report 1 Oct 2006 01:54

Nudging for another Louise, and to say I bought some pads today from a Health and Beauty Fair, supposed to be the only ones medically approved by the FDA, these are called Bodytox. As I had used detox pads before and told the woman hers were expensive at £20 for 10, she knocked £2 off so I bought them to try straight away. Otherwise I am not sure when I would have got round to sending for some more! Will let you know how good these ones are in 5 days' time. After I had made my purchase I found there was another stall selling some for £15 for 10 and I have her phone number too. Will keep you all posted! Liz
