RamblingRose - that's a very good idea.

I would just like to point out that all avatars I use are my own unique designs and have a copyright notice embedded in the image.
Using my avatar would be in direct contravention of Terms & Conditions because you must not use the rights of any person other than yourself without authorisation.
It would also be in breach of general copyright legislation.

Just in case anyone was interested.

I think it would have been a nice gesture if someone had asked CupCakes to change it by pm, before it was suggested she was impersonating someone else.

...and now it's been pointed out that the combination of the name and avatar 'could' lead to confusion for people who knew the former bearer of the name and avatar, perhaps it would be a nice gesture if CupCakes changed it?

Just a gentle suggestion and not unreasonable?

That is true Kay, if you google 'cupcake avatar' the first thing that comes up is 20 images of cupcakes, and the particular avatar in question is amongst them.
