	Wend, I would not recommend anyone to make their own Chili powder. I made some last year for the first time. I ended up being being temporarily blinded for several really painful minutes. (Spent some time with head over the bathroom sink washing my eyes out). And I breathed in some of the fine powder when using the blender (burns your throat) ,not very nice I can assure you. Next time I make some its Goggles and mask for certain, that`ll teach me to mess with Cayenne peppers again. :-P I know what it feel like now when the police pepper spray some one. :-(

	Yep!... I`m proud of the size of that one.. ;-) btw...Did you see Island with her knife, looks like she was in the kitchen and got caught in the act of cutting up some fruit for the Chutney she was making... That's full Circle of this thread I believe..pmsl :-D :-D :-D
