its very quiet and the boards are moving so slowly
have all the fun people left or are they hiding

just hiding I think Joy or gone on holiday !

Joy, I think it is the usual reaction to any trouble on the boards. People stop posting for fear they will be caught up in the cross fire. then there are goodness knows how many away on holiday, either a GR one or a planned one, then the kids are off school so Mums have not time.

A combination of things, come the winter people will return.

Joy, I wish the laughter would come back on here, but certain people cannot abide seeing other people enjoy themselves, more's the pity. They need to get a reality check, and stop taking everything too seriously. Life is too short, you'r only here once. After a heart attack earlier this year, I am going to enjoy,enjoy,enjoy, and laugh at the kill joys

The self appointed censors are prowling along on patrol, examining each and every word for signs of humour and if any is found, the response is swift, merciless and ruthless.

The voluntary work done by these board 'Special Constables' is not acknowedged as much as it deserves. WIthout their constant vigilence, people would be consumed by mirth, laughter would echo round the halls and people would go around with a smile on their face.

You're right Eldrick. Some people don't know how to be happy and can't stand to see those who do know how to enjoy life. These nasties think they are happy by crushing the fun of others - but are they happy? They are merely trying to bring other people down to their own level of unhappiness. In other words - they should get a life away from their computers.
