Start tomorrow morning with 1 tablet then check after 6 weeks

Your tablets should help you, what amount of Thyroxin do you have to take a day.

Two blood tests a year too to monitor it, I'm norti ... terrified of needles, am well overdue (not saying how long here lol!), have to go have another one,promised my Doctor.

Do get what I call 'matchstick' eyes, awake and then asleep.
Lethargy, no energy to do anything.

Hi all

Just been to the doctors for the results of last weeks blood test,
He has told me I have an underactive Thyroid, so it does rather explain some of the symptons that I have been feeling,
he asked if there was any family history of Thyroid, but there is
none, He has prescribed me with tablets for the condition,
I have googled this subject, but wonder if any of you have any
first hand knowledge/facts on this condition ?.
