I would love to see the northern lights.

There are places I would like to see but which I wont because I don't feel they are safe, or I feel I am not up to the travel, but talking 'magic' travel I would love to see Peru, not sure where exactly but it is where the Incas were.
I would like to see Rio de Janeiro Because my Dad talked about when he was there.
Bethlehem, because my Mum always wanted to go and didn't get there.
I would love to see Tibet.
I saw on TV the other day a programme on China near I think the border of Tibet, beautiful mountainous scenery.

talking realistically I would like to return to the Canyons of America - Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Archers, Canyonlands etc. Because the magnificent beauty is never forgotten.
Iceland
And, yes the Northern Lights.

I saw a travel programme the other evening and Montenegro looks beautiful.
I'd like to go there.

Places I like where I've been include Corsica and Bruges and Brussels.

There are loads of lovely places I'd like to go to but not cheap.

Corsican food is really French with a dash of Italian.

It isn't the sort of holiday destination where you find English cafes selling English food.

I stayed in Calvi in the north of the island and I loved it. My friend and I had continental breakfasts in the hotel then we'd buy fresh bread, cheese and peaches to eat on the beach for lunch. The evenings were French style dinners in the hotel. We had a really nice proper pizza out once.

Corsica isn't cheap but it is lovely and unspoilt.
