Hi All,

Hi all, Jean I am on the food posioning then broken ankle diet.
Joking aside some of the weight came off when I got food posioing. Then just about 10 days after I recovered (April 17 to be accurate) I broke my ankle and since then I think in part due to the pain killers I have had very little appitite, so I do eat but very small portions about 5 times a day and I think that is why it is comiong off and staying off.

Well done Penny 38lbs gosh, never mind Just Jean get back on it today anything you might have gained will soon be gone.

I've just found a great American called www.sparkpeople.com it's free to join.
you can enter your weight etc and it will work out your BMI you can follow one of their diets or input your own and it works out the calories, carbos, fat and protein, whilst having your optimum amounts of each for your own needs

I can see it being a great help for me saves having to write it all down in a book and work out the calories etc..

Gillie

Well done. 3lb lose in just over a week is great - you don't want to aim to lose any more that quick - otherwise it can just as easily go back on that quick!

Enjoy the gym :-)

Oh I lost 1/2lb this week so looks like I'm in the half pound gang :-)))

I go to a RC class. The instructor has a 1/2 pound of fat sitting next to the scales to encourage everyone :-)
It doesn't look pretty
