Just spoken to my bro (catastrophic head injury, unable to go to hospital, wipes tears from eyes), he is so so happy, just wishes he could have shared those first few moments. Hey ho, he knows they'll be photo's galore!

No name yet as far as I know, first son has my bro's name in middle which is special to us.

You are correct we have not met before but as l read more of these threads than post on them I feel like l know you and your sisters very well

I know how your brother feels about not being there for the first moments. Was at the hospital when our daughter had our little Harison last year but I had just come out of hospital when Dylan was born on 30th May. Son lives in Hereford, us in Kent, so had to wait until Monday to get a cuddle ( or cwtch? )Going again at begining of July for definate but if l can get OH to go before l will try... until then photos but they are not the same as ((((((Hugs))))))))

We've only just met and yet so much in common. Have pmd you.

Lol, last year we went on an adventure, left son alone at home for first time ever for 5 days, travelling through England, stopping at Stratford-upon-Avon, through Herefordshire, to Cardiff where we stayed again, then onto Llanelli, South Wales visiting my family nearby.

Both of us have new babies in family - lol, tis such a heart warming moment. I am hoping to travel up later (long journey), allowing time for excitement (want to jump in car (don't drive) with OH, just >>> up motorway, but realize she may be very tired.
