Hello Sheila hang in there are they decent scales or have you tried them at boots I always say use the same scales always weight yourself at the same time every week...try mornings and only once a week...keep up the good work...I have had macdonals and a lamb kebab for me tea...lol

You was lucky then Lesley because at times when I was a newby I was ignored and felt somepeople just spoke over my head.....there was only a handful...2 or 3 to start off with who didnt...

My toenails are lovely
they only have a wee bit of fungi
but a knife can make a good scraper

Sometimes I miss people's posts - it doesn't mean I'm ignoring them. Sometimes there are far too many people to talk to all at once and I miss a few people by the time I reply to the thread.....my advice....keep rabbeting.lol
