Sorry, I wasn't sure if it was as there is an Ellen an George in 1 record with 6 yrs age gap, then on another a 10 yr age gap. Does this happen often. Sorry, I'm new to this x

Don't know which Arthur Wyatt it could be...they r al close. I know the 1901 census Reg quoted is definately the 1 as this is the 1 I have traced. As somebody wiv mor experience than me, which one would be your educated guess???

When you say electoral roll, you mean census dont you?

The place would be the area he was born in - very very few babies were born in a hospital then - in fact up to the 60s virtually everyone had a baby at home.

You can find births, marriage and death cert refs at freebmd and then buy the certificate for further information from GROonline for £7.
