Believe it or not it was more than I had to start with. You will be quite surprised just how far you can go with little information. Backwards is not so difficult, moving forward from 1901 is since it requires an awful lot of searching through records.
The details all need to be verified which you can do via certificates, some, not all are needed.
Build yourself a tree on GR and see if anyone else has any of the names in their tree.
