Hi Margaret, There is only one Peter coming up and he is 45yrs, born in Ireland and living in Manchester working as a stoker at the gas works, there are a few Ellen's coming up. One age 68yrs (is this too old?) born in Ireland but living in Middlesex as a domestic cook. Nothing for Liverpool. Was she a young widow? Laurie

Hi Laurie I am probably too late but if not, could you kindly look up Arthur (born Walsall, Staffordshire)and Ellen Cooper (born Broseley, Shropshire),living in the Walsall, Staffordshire area. The address I had for them in 1881 was 55 Mount Street. I am interested in their children living with them. Many thanks for your generous offer Helen Strong

Dear Laurie, Thanks for looking. It is yet another poser for me. My family left a lot of red herrings I think. Is there any way of finding the death of a Roger Kenny, married a Maryann Kelly in 1881,living in Collingwood St. Liverpool, can,t find on 1891 census.Or any children. He was supposed to have died young. They could be my grandparents.Rogers of any name seem to be thin on the ground. How do you find people so quickly? Very grateful for your looking so far. Margaret
