Hi Margaret, I have a photo of a member of my family that i didn't know much about. I logged on to www(.)regiments(.)org and i emailed the photo to a guy and he sent me a mail back telling me my man was a corporal in the cold stream guards and he dated the photo around 1930! I have been staring at the original photo a lot and it suddenly occured to me that the badge might say NSTAFFORD as in North Staffordshire Regiment. We live in Burton on Trent so are not far from Lichfield barracks where there is a museum. I am going to visit them next week to ask their opinion. Margaret
