Hi Carol - Would really appreciate a look-up on a William and Martha Sheward (outside chance it was spelt Shuard) in Norwich. He murdered his wife weeks after the 1851 census and was hanged years later for his trouble! Very interested to know if he had a London ancestry. Many thanks in anticipation, Colin

Carol. I have the birth certif. of my grandfather Thos Boundford Jones b.1854 at great torrington in Devon. Parents John Jones and Elizabeth nee Walters. they lived at Well St. Wonder if they appear on the 1851 census. Would be grateful for any information. Many thanks and good luck with your own research. Stephen, there is transript of the 1851 Worcestershire census, on fiche, in Worcester Record Office. You can also buy it on CD rom. Ros
