Hi everyone, what a helpful bunch you are! I have been looking at the site for months now and have had and given help without paying a penny so far! I know it's not a lot, just wondered how I would benefit as I have already been contacted by relatives who also don't pay! As for being drawn into family history I only discovered this site from friends reunited and have been tracking down the ancestors for years. I've had much more help from this site than anywhere. So thanks to you all! |

I haven't paid for full membership yet, but then again I haven't done my tree on here yet! I have a problem in that I am away from home for seven or eight months of the year, and thus I do not have my notes to hand. Whenever I do a site search for surnames, nothing ever comes up that seems relevant. |

I have definitely had my moneys worth, after 6 months I thought I was invisible, although I had picked up some useful tips on the Tips Board. Then suddenly I got my first email and now I get at least one every week, one contact has helped me quite a lot, we are related through my Gt.GT.GT.Grandfather.
